United dream ended, destroyed and washed away by Milan in San zeros

A volte essere un italiano medio (anzi, itagliano medio…) dà  le sue soddisfazioni… mondiali, europei, champions league… a volte no… però oggi bisogna essere tutti un po’ medi… Follini ne sarà  contento…

La cosa più bella di vincere in Europa a questi livelli è poi leggersi gli articoli dell’altra parte…. c’è un misto di orgoglio di parte (della serie “Aò, sò mejo de te…“) e curiosità  sportiva (della serie “Aò, sò mejo de te…“). Poi quando realizzi che l’altra parte fa lo stesso quotidianamente con noi, scende un po’ tutto… però oggi bisogna essere tutti un po’ medi…

Molti giornali cercano il “titolo perfetto“… quel titolo che riesca a cogliere l’essenza della cosa e che evochi scenari futuri e catastrofi imminenti… per questo, come un bravo copy, voglio aiutare i tabloid inglesi…

Per esempio il Mirror titola “United euro dream dies”

MANCHESTER United’s Treble dream was ended last night by AC Milan – and with it went the chances of an all-English Champions League Final.

Nella parola “ended” è racchiusa tutta una soddisfazione che mi fa pensare “Aò, sò mejo de te…”

Passando oltre, il prestigioso Times titola “English dream of united front in Athens destroyed by Milan”

Manchester United’s hopes of joining Liverpool in a first all-English final in Europe’s premier club competition were shattered last night as they were outclassed by the aristocrats of AC Milan, who will try to avenge the Merseyside club’s extraordinary victory in the Champions League show-down in Istanbul two years ago.

Anche nella parola “destroyed” c’è un chè di piacevole…

Il Telegraph è spettacolare nel suo “United are washed away by Milan tide”
